What material OUUVU leggings use?

Our leggings are made of sustainable and high quality fabric, including nylon, spandex and polyester. We do not settle for materials that are not up to par or lose vibrancy when stretching. 

We work with a group of talented designers and sewers in the game and pride ourselves on product quality. Our believe is quality fashion manufactured affordable.

Where does OUUVU ship to?

Below is the list of countries we do shipping.

Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Macao SAR, Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), New Zealand, Russia (2 of 82 regions), Singapore, Thailand, United States, Vietnam, Taiwan, South Korea, Indonesia (Jakarta), Philippines (Metro Manila), Saudi Arabia.

How long will it take for my item to be delivered?

This is divided into two parts:

1. Order Processing:

Due to current circumstances, it takes 1-3 days to process the order. But please do not worry, usually we will ship your parcel within 24 hours. 

2. Shipping Times:

What is the shipping cost?

We only charge $5.9 for shipping if order below $79. For every order between $79-$800, shipping is on us! Order above $800 and below $5,000, we will charge $100. However, we do not take individual order over 5,000 USD. If you have any wholesale inquiries, please contact simon.lee@ouuvu.com.

How can I track my order?

You will get an email once your order is shipped. From then on our tracking kicks in. You will automatically receive a shipping email plus a tracking code. Next, please simply copy the tracking number provided and paste it into tracking website: https://www.17track.net/en You will find the details of your tracking information. If you still have concerns about your order status, please feel free to contact us via support@ouuvu.com.

Customs charged me extra for my delivery, now what?

We are very sorry to hear about the custom fee, however it is beyond our control. This is not a fee imposed nor collected by our company. Unfortunately some governments randomly pick packages they check and decide to charge extra for import. 

QUESTIONS ABOUT CHANGING YOUR ORDER:

I ordered the wrong size, can I still change this? 

Yes you can, but you need to be quick. Once your order has been fulfilled, unfortunately we cannot change it anymore. So if you need a change of size, contact our support team ASAP at support@ouuvu.com. Please quote your order number.

I used the wrong address, can I still change this?

As long as your item is not shipped yet, we can still change this for you. Please email the correct address and your order number to support@ouuvu.com and we will take care of it for you. 

Once the order is shipped out (you will receive tracking info when shipped), we cannot change it for you. In this case, you will need to contact the carrier who is delivering your items. 

I changed my mind, can I still cancel my order? 

As long as your items are not processed, you can cancel your order. If your order has been processed, we cannot cancel it. 

GENERAL QUESTIONS:

Why is everything priced in Dollars? I am not from the USA.

As US Dollars is the world's currency, we believe it will be easy for most of the customers worldwide to know our price. This does not mean you cannot order if you are not from the USA. The credit card companies or Paypal will simply use your own currency on check out.

Do you also work with social media influencers?

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?

You can only use one discount code per order. Multiple codes are not supported on our website.
